She says, that inverted asanas must be practiced for 15 minutes and pranayama for 30 minutes everyday; this will prevent many health issues and also heal the damages caused due to stress. Geeta insists that healthy eating habits and sound sleep in the night are essential for maintaining healthy body and mind. Yoga science is “Svadhyaya” a study about one’s self; ‘sva’ means self and ‘dhya’ means study. Regular and committed practice cultivates self awareness, self knowledge which overtime leads to self transformation. Yoga brings control, stability and balance in every aspect of your life!
