I joined Geetha mam’s yoga class for a prenatal health and trouble free delivery. Even though I joined late during my 6th month of pregnancy, she made me very comfortable with the classes and the postures helped me a lot to gain strength. Her tips for nerve muscle cramps, common during pregnancy was amazing and beneficial. I had low blood pressure and lack of stamina when I joined, which was corrected by breathing exercises which was unbelievable. Now, my confidence and stamina levels have lot improved after the vibrant sessions with her. I could say that Geetha ma is a doctor who she gave me lot of positivity throughout the sessions.
Thanks a lot Mam..I would definitely like to continue with the post natal classes.
